Pricing & Payment Details

• Deposit: $200

• Full Payment: $575

• Payment Plan:

  • Deposit: $200

  • Payment 1: $200 due February 15, 2025

  • Payment 2: $200 due March 15, 2025

  • Late Payment Fee:

  • A $25 late fee will be applied for any payments received after the 15th of the month.

  • Payments not received by the 17th of the month will result in forfeiture of all payments made, as we aim to preserve the exclusivity and quality of our experience.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Full Refund (minus the deposit) if canceled before March 1, 2025.

• 50% Refund (minus the deposit) if canceled between March 1–15, 2025.

• No Refunds after March 15, 2025.

• Late Payment Fee: If payments are not received by the 15th of each month, a $25 late fee will apply. Failure to make payments by the 17th will result in forfeiting all monies paid to ensure the retreat is protected and organized for all attendees.

Transfer/Reschedule: We understand life happens. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, we will work with you to transfer your booking to another available retreat or event within the calendar year, upon approval. (Please contact us directly for assistance.)

Event Protection (Optional)

Event Protection Insurance is available for purchase at an additional cost. This optional add-on provides peace of mind, offering a full refund in the case of illness, medical emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending. Please inquire for more details at the time of booking.

Payments Not Received by the 17th of the Month

To maintain the quality and integrity of the retreat, all payments must be received by the 17th of the month. Payments not received by this date will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Once your payment is received in full, you will be sent a Confirmation Email, and your address and personal details will be securely stored for event purposes only. We take your privacy and safety seriously.

Terms & Conditions for the Culture Queens Mother's Day Retreat

By securing a spot for the Culture Queens Mother's Day Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit is due at the time of booking.

• Payment Plans: If you choose to pay in installments, your first payment of $175 is due by February 15, 2025 and your second payment of $175 is due by March 15, 2025. Payment plans after January 15, 2025 are $200 due by February 15, 2025 and $200 due by March 15, 2025. An administrative fee of $25 applies to payment plans.

• Full Payment: Full payment of $500 is due by January 15, 2025. After this date, the price increases to $575 for full payment.

• Late Payments: A late fee of $25 will be applied if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. If payment is not received by the 17th, all monies paid will be forfeited, and your spot will be canceled.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Full Refund (minus deposit): If you cancel before March 1, 2025, you will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• 50% Refund: If you cancel between March 1, 2025, and March 15, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).

• No Refunds After March 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 15, 2025.

• Event Protection: If you have purchased Event Protection, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel due to illness, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Event Protection covers cancellations until April 15, 2025.

• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made after March 15, 2025, are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

3. Event Protection Plan

• The Event Protection Plan is optional and available for $35.

• If you opt for Event Protection, you will be eligible for a refund in case of illness, medical emergencies, or certain personal circumstances that prevent your attendance.

• The Event Protection refund policy allows cancellations up until April 15, 2025. After this date, the Event Protection will no longer be applicable.

4. Guest Safety and Health

• Medical Information: All guests are required to submit basic health and emergency contact information before attending the retreat. This will be securely stored and used only in case of emergency.

• Waiver: All guests must sign a waiver of liability to attend the retreat. This waiver acknowledges that you understand the risks associated with the retreat's activities and will hold the organizers harmless in case of injury.

• Code of Conduct: Guests must adhere to a code of conduct throughout the retreat. This includes respect for others, the space, and the organizers. Any guests violating this code may be asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Data Protection: Your personal information, including health and payment details, will be stored securely and used only for retreat-related purposes.

• Address Information: Guest address details will be shredded once payment is made in full and the retreat has concluded.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations

• Event Cancellation by Organizers: The retreat organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if circumstances arise beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies). In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

• Changes to Itinerary: While the retreat organizers strive to provide the full advertised experience, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that participation in activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or loss of personal property. The retreat organizers and associated vendors are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur during the retreat.

8. Miscellaneous

• Transferability: Your reservation is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your retreat booking to another person without written approval from the event organizers.

• Photography and Media: By attending the retreat, you consent to your image and likeness being used in photographs or video recordings for marketing or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform the retreat organizers at the time of booking.

• Force Majeure: The retreat organizers are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, strikes, acts of God, or government orders.
