Season affective disorder (SAD) occurs when there’s less sunlight and can cause depression. If you find yourself feeling sad, anxious or empty, try getting outside when the suns out. If you need to talk, grab a friend, find a sunny spot to sit outside and let nature heal you. 🌞 Mental health is a major part of our programming and we want to ensure everyone has access to information for help. It’s all good energy here and we create safe spaces for you to enjoy arts, culture and the outdoors. For our new family, we are based out of Charlotte, NC and have members across the state. We have Queens in SC, Texas and the DMV. Our programming has something for the women, our daughters, sons, kings and fur babies. Our annual events include a retreat, Queens March culture celebration, camping and family and friends day.
