  • When will membership dues be processed?

    Annual membership dues will be processed on sign up. Monthly membership dues will be charged the same time every month until canceled.

    Annual Membership is valid January 1 - December 31, 2024.

  • What is the Royal Access Membership special?

    For a limited time, Annual Membership is $175.00.

    Join by February 15, 2024 and become a member for $175. Membership will be valid February 1 until December 2024.

  • What are the benefits of membership?

    A few benefits include:

    • Guaranteed participation in our annual Queens March event

  • What is the "Queen For A Day" Pass?

    “Queen For A Day” Pass provides an opportunity for Queens to attend events of their choosing without the commitment of annual membership.

    ”QFAD” passes vary in cost and are based on the availability after annual members have registered for events.

    Passes will start at $25 and be valid for the Pass Holder, for the event purchased ONLY. Day Passes do not carry over and cannot be transferred to another event.

  • What if I cannot afford membership?

    Scholarships are available for individuals and families experiencing financial difficulties. Please contact us to discuss how you can enjoy the benefits of our group. We seek to create opportunities for EVERYONE to enjoy our programming and events.

  • How are membership fees used?

    Your membership fees are used to secure venues, purchase supplies and provide the financial support needed to continue offering our arts, culture, and outdoor experiences.

    Our programs are listed here for your review and provide an overview of our work.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    60 days written notice is required to cancel all membership plans. All members who cancel their membership become ineligible for one year and added to the waitlist to renew their membership. Attendance for events will be allowed with a Queen For A Day Pass at the advertised rate for each event.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Refunds will not be issued for missed events or memberships not canceled in a timely manner.

    Partial refunds MAY be processed for annual members with 60 days written notice. To cancel your membership, email billing@cltqueens.com

  • Do I have to complete a Waiver Form every time I attend an event?

    No. Waiver Forms are only required once and cover all Culture Queens Outdoors events and activities. All first time members and guest MUST download and email a signed WAIVER FORM before joining us for their first event. DOWNLOAD WAIVER FORM

  • I'm not a BIPOC. Can I attend events?

    Yes. There are several events hosted throughout the year for everyone to join us. Events open to everyone will indicate such on our website and social media pages.

    Although our focus is creating a safe, equitable and inclusive experience for BIPC, we value our relationships with our non BIPOC friends and family.

  • Are men welcomed?

    Of course! We have events planned for men to join us. We have date night events, culture nights, and outdoor activities for men to join us. Events for ALL will indicate such on the website.

    We’re all for inclusion, access and builing a strong community.
