Please review the important event details and reminders below to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Mandatory Walkthrough: Tuesday, March 25th at 6:30 PM

Attendance is required for ALL participants.​ Plan for traffic, parking and walking to the museum. We will be starting promptly and will NOT wait for anyone. If you are late, talk to someone AFTER we finish. Do not distract the group and those of us who arrived on time.

  Performers: Sound check schedules will be provided soon.​ Our DJ will be onsite at 3PM. Poets will not need to complete a sound check. Dancers, please make sure to email your tracks by February 27th. If we do not receive your music you will be removed from the event.​

Everyone is required to sign and return a Media Release Form.

Queens March 2025 is a large-scale production involving multiple teams and moving parts.

Please do not email, text, or call Jennifer directly​ unless it is an emergency.

All inquiries must go through your designated Point of Contact (POC) listed above. This allows us to keep everything organized and ensures your questions are addressed promptly.

Additional Reminders

• Everyone Needs a Ticket for the Show: No ticket, no entry. Museum staff will escort anyone without a ticket off the premises.

• Team Communication: POCs are responsible for keeping their teams informed of all fittings and items needed. Questions can also be posted here on the blog.

• Event Blog: Check the BLOG for show updates and behind-the-scenes information. Our Welcome Blog is a great place to start.

• Final Confirmation: You will receive a follow-up email on Monday, March 24th with your arrival times and any last-minute details.​ Please read the email in its entirety then confirm receipt. It will be here on the BLOG.

ambassadors needed

We need Ambassadors to assist with executing the Queens March. Share this event with anyone who loves arts, culture and creating unforgettable experiences. Guest check in, seating, and logistic support needed. Volunteers are an integral part of this experience.

Announce Your Participation!
Canva Template for Social Media

To help you announce your involvement in Queens March 2025, we’ve created a custom Canva template for all participants to use.​ It is formatted for Instagram stories. All you will need to do is

1. Find the template for the portion on the show you are participating in. Show, Stage, Exhibit, Station

2. At top of page across from Page Name, click the +icon to duplicate and add your page.

3. Upload a high resolution, clear image

4. Remove the background

5. Place the image in the frame by dragging it into the frame

6. Edit and add your name.

7. Select Download click the format you want to use (video or image)

8. Select current page

9. Save to camera roll and voila!

10. Please tag @culturequeens_clt and we will share to our story
